3 Awesome Lawns of BoysTown Prize Homes

3 Awesome Lawns of BoysTown Prize Homes

Have you ever visited a BoysTown prize home and been inspired not only the amazing home, but the immaculate the lawn and gardens?

I have, especially after my recent visit to the BoysTown home on 1.95 acres up for grabs in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast.

The $1,687,096 home (including $134,949 in furniture and electrical) certainly impressed. From almost every angle, you could relax in this stunning, architecturally-designed home and marvel at this BoysTown prize home’s awesome lawns and gardens, complemented by a glistening pool and private lake, surrounded by a lush rainforest backdrop.

But don’t just take my word for it. Take a look at the awesome lawns yourself:

BoysTown Prize Homes

94 Vise Road, Buderim, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Draw 454

If you won this Buderim home, you might need to consider booking a regular lawn mow through GreenSocks, because the storage shed looked so small that it would struggle to fit a ride on mower, push mower, edging tool, whipper snipper, blower vac, wheelbarrow and your other lawn maintenance essentials, let alone all of your pool maintenance supplies and general “Dad’s Shed” items.

7 Kirkwood Place, Reedy Creek, Gold Coast, Queensland, Draw 445

This gorgeous BoysTown prize home at Reedy Creek on the Gold Coast was won by someone in remote Far North Queensland a little while ago. First prize value was $1,413,772 and it’s not hard to see why. Awesome green lawns surrounding an impeccable, first-class home. If they didn’t already own a lawnmower, they’d certainly have either needed to buy one fast or outsource their Reedy Creek lawn care to reliable local mowing pros.

4 Lita Court, Tallebudgera, Gold Coast, Queensland, Draw 430

Another amazing BoysTown prize home on the Gold Coast, won in 2013. I’m guessing it was won by someone closer to Melbourne, because they chose the Melbourne home and (assumably) put this one back on the market for another family to enjoy the outlook – and buy a ride on mower to do their Tallebudgera lawn care.

Who is BoysTown?

BoysTown is a not-for-profit public company working hard to provide a brighter future to disadvantaged young Australians and their families. BoysTown and their famous lotteries have been around since 1961.

BoysTown runs 15 Art Unions each year – 10 Prize Home Draws and five Prestige Car Draws. So, each year, BoysTown are proud to say that they create 10 new millionaires. In 2014, the BoysTown prize home art unions brought in 69% of the company’s $81.6 million revenue.

But what’s not mentioned in all of their official blurbs, is that their homes have some of the most awesome lawns and gardens you’ll ever see in a residential home!
