This aquatic centre is one of the largest and best on Brisbane’s northside. The leisure pool is open 7 days and has many aquatic attractions on offer including the rapid river and waterslide.

Here’s just one Albany Creek example. This gorgeous little playground on Frederick Street is perfect for a sunny day with its natural, expansive shade cover. It’s right next to a huge green grass lawn for the kids to run around on when they want a break from the playground – which, when we visited, looked freshly mowed and ready to the kids to roll on.
As you can see in our photo, the Lemke Park playground has swings, climbing structures, slides, a spring rider, a supernova, a BBQ and sheltered eating area, picnic tables, benches and a rubbish bin.
